R.J. Smith, is leading the way with his innovative and unique style of leadership as our President and CEO. Mr. Smith comes from a military background, as well. He started his professional experience as a U.S Army Infantryman in Desert Shield/ Desert Storm leading troops into combat. Soon after returning to the civilian world, Mr. Smith completed his four year degree in Management Information Systems and has taught technical courses in both the private and public sectors.
